What the information is for
Our service pages, area pages and Help Center guides are general information about garage doors and the work we do. They are not a diagnosis of your door; a door's real condition can only be judged on site. Safety information, such as the reversal and balance tests, is offered for owners to check a door, never as instructions for spring, cable or drum work, which should only be handled by a trained technician.
Prices and quotes
Cost ranges on this site are drawn from published national cost guides and shown so you can judge any quote. They are not offers. The price for your job is the flat written total the technician gives you after diagnosis and before work begins.
Calling us
By calling our number you agree that we may call you back at that number about your request. Calls may be logged and, where applicable and permitted by law, recorded for quality, training and to settle any disagreement about what was agreed.
When we are fully committed
W&I Door Garage books and carries out its work with its own crew. When every technician is already on a job, or an after-hours emergency is somewhere we cannot reach quickly, your call may be transferred to another local garage door company so you are not left waiting. That company is independent of us: it sets its own prices and terms and is responsible for its own work, so confirm the details directly with it before any work begins.
